At Yandup you can do some activities (included), offered by the Kuna people but don´t expect anything extraordinary. Every day, from about 9:30 am to 12 am you can go with your guides by boat to another small islets with beautiful and scenic beaches for snorkeling or swimming. Besides that you can visit from 15:30 pm to 17:00 pm the “comunidad” with a guide and he will explain some interesting things about the Kuna people and lead you through their settlement.

Please note: to see the first blogpost about my Panama trip, click here, folks. After appr. 40 minutes the plane started to descend. I looked out of the window, but I couldn’t find any signs of civilization. Below us were a mere of jungle and a stripe of a coast in a visible nearness. After 3 more minutes I finally saw it: a tiny stripe near the coast. It was the landing strip and during the last section the pilot began to steer the plan pretty steep downwards.

We started our journey in Munich via Atlanta City and arrived in Panama City about 9:30 pm. The whole journey lasted about 17 hours. When you want to fly from the States, for example Atlanta City, you can anticipate a flight duration about 4 hours.
